The platform offers a user-friendly interface on mobile—that allows purchasers to log in, record defects in their units (including photos and descriptions), and submit them directly to the rectification teams. This ensures full transparency and traceability in defect reporting, while enabling developers to manage and prioritize rectification works across multiple units efficiently.

With its fully integrated mobile application, Enhance empowers on-site inspectors, contractors, and customer care teams with real-time tools for conducting inspections, capturing data, annotating images, generating reports, and tracking the progress of defect resolution.
