Business Analyst

Full Time

RM4,000 – RM6,000 per month

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our expanding team! In this role, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving the implementation of systems that improve efficiency and deliver a smooth user experience. Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
– Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
– Develop well-defined user stories, process flows, and functional specifications that guide system development.
– Document system requirements for enhancements and new features, providing clear guidance to the development team.
2. Business Process Improvement
– Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
– Design and recommend streamlined workflows that automate manual tasks, improve system integration, and enhance operational efficiency.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging ongoing process optimization.
3. System Implementation & Project Coordination
– Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and features.
– Lead efforts in system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
– Manage project activities from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
4. Data-Driven Insights
– Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and discover new business opportunities.
– Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:
– A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g., Systems Analyst, Product Owner).
– Demonstrated success in system implementation, process improvement, and workflow automation projects.
– Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to perform root-cause analysis.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
