Software Sales Specialist

RM3,000 – RM11,000 per month
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. This role will focus on developing and executing the sales strategy, driving sales deployment, and delivering results for our software business within the area in Klang Valley region. You will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline, fostering a performance-driven culture, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities:
– Achieve or surpass order financial targets to drive company profit and growth.
– Develop and implement a strategic enterprise software sales plan.
– Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key stakeholders.
– Provide accurate sales forecasts and order planning to management.
– Continuously identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for long-term, profitable growth.
– Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed financial goals.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably in Computer Information Systems – CIS)
– Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution sales, enterprise software, or system integration environment.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various levels of internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
– Strong planning and organizational abilities
– Experience with software solution selling methodologies
– Proven B2B sales and channel management experience, ideally in a software-focused environment
– Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage short-term goals effectively
– Comfortable delivering 1–2-day pre-sales training/workshops to potential users.
