A reminder management module allows site admin to set default responding messages to customers. Emails can be send out from the system to customers for the confirmed reservation, payment received, reservation details, SMS notification and etc.
Site admin able to create discount vouchers and sent out for marketing or promotional purpose. Customers use this received voucher code to fill in the form when booking a table for reservation. Admin able to set the discount in percentage or amount to be valid in a specific date or period.
The widely accepted payment method Paypal has been integrated to our restaurant system that to allowing your business to process for online transactions. The system also allows you to collect the details of the credit card in order to go for offline payment processing / cash payments.
The report is showing the total number of reservations and the amount paid within a certain period of time. More detailed reports are available upon addon customization.
